A pre-wire window between framing and insulation, confirmed with your super. A rough-in walk before we pull a single cable.

Every run labeled and photographed before insulation, so nothing is a mystery once the walls close.

Why early matters
Shade pockets have to be framed. Theater risers, screen walls and speaker baffles change carpentry. Rack ventilation changes HVAC. When we see the plans first, those decisions are made once, on paper, instead of in a change order.
We take on one or two homes at a time, so when we commit to a pre-wire date, we keep it.

We design and install Control4 and Lutron systems. We don’t install security, alarm or camera systems, and we don’t do standalone TV mounting.
